That is what my pre-movie experiences have been like this summer. Let's see, I arrive at the movie house about 30 minutes before the time my movie begins to get the essentials - good seat, popcorn, drink, etc.
At the stated time, the lights dim and the screen flickers on....with my movie? Nope. Previews? Try again.
15 minutes of commercials...not movie previews....commercials.....

Are you kidding me? Didn't I fork out cash to avoid having to view commercials? Isn't that drink expensive enough?
After that, the previews aren't so welcome (which they used to be....).
So, I went to go see Batman - 4 PM showing......the movie didn't actually start until 4:25 PM....
What happened to the good ole' days of a few minutes of news, then showtime?
